Welcome to the Vaughan Trust

The Vaughan Trust exists as a consequence of a substantial legacy left by George Vaughan, of Buncrana Castle, County Donegal, who died in 1763. The remit of the Vaughan Trust is to support the development of agriculture specifically in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. As an organisation with charitable status the funds are administered by a board of Trustees. While the funding emphasis is on agricultural education and training, the Vaughan Trust also offers a range of livestock improvement schemes and has sponsored applications which offer potential benefits for farming in the County.
